Prior to joining Your Learning Body, I had arthritic pain in my knees, and pain from cervical disc disease in my neck. The Feldenkrais exercises allow me to align my vertebrae, and increase blood supply to my joints, which has allowed more pain-free movement. I now am able to walk without hiking sticks, unless I am on uneven ground. Mostly I have no knee pain, my posture has improved. And I have much less neck and shoulder pain.
